CASE STUDY - Sencore MRD 4400 receiver decoders for VTC

Danmon Asia announced the completion of delivering 20 Sencore MRD 4400 modular receiver decoders to OSB Investment & Technology for its end-user – Vietnam Television Corporation or VTC. Danmon Asia was selected in its capacity as Sencore’s official distributor in Vietnam and for its ability to provide good consultation. Installation commences and completes in October 2015.

The delivery included SENCORE MRD 4400 Distribution Modular Receiver Decoder detailed as MRD 4400 Modular Receiver Decoder Chasis, MRD 41116 Four Port Dual DVB S/S2 Satellite Receiver Module and MRD 44041 SD Video Decode Module (2xSDI, Composite, 4xAES Audio, 4xAnalog Audio, Genlock), among which are included in 9 equipment licensed to upgrade to HD video decoding. All these equipment is used for VTC10 channel in the attempts of the station and its international partners to transmit and receive SD and HD signals on Ku and C band satellite.
